7220 Counseling Coalition is a 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming private mental health practice. Our mission is to provide therapeutic mental health services across the state of Wyoming, with a special focus on support for the Queer community. Our providers work with clients of all ages, abilities, identities, and life experiences. If this aligns with your values, then our practice will be a good fit for you!

To begin, please reach out! On our home page, please email a provider directly, or hit the ‘Contact Us’ button to submit an inquiry. We do not have a receptionist so one of our clinicians will get back to you as soon as possible. Our providers offer free 15-30 minute consultations to meet and determine fit. Some of the questions we ask before getting started include what insurance you have if any, what your availability is, and what you are hoping to work on in therapy, etc.

The easiest way to stay on top of your bill is to enroll in autopay. Talk with your provider about getting enrolled today! You can also connect with our billing specialist, Alyssa Saverud at billing@7220counseling.net. Alyssa can support with answering your billing questions or assist in setting up a payment plan.

All of our clinicians are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Wyoming Medicaid, and Tricare.

Some of our clinicians are also able to accept United, Aetna, and Medicare.

Please check with your clinician directly to ensure that they are able to accept your insurance.

We are able to accept clients without insurance and offer an income-based sliding scale rate in this case.

We have an office cancellation policy in place to protect the schedules of our clinicians and to provide accountability to clients. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment so that your clinician is able to plan accordingly and potentially fill that slot with another client needing service. Our policy is that the first late cancellation/no show is a freebie. The second will incur a $50 fee, and the third time will incur the full fee for the session at $220.
