About Us
7220 Counseling Coalition was founded to meet the needs of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Laramie, and in the state of Wyoming. Our purpose is to foster an affirming and inclusive therapeutic environment where all clients feel empowered to go deeper on their healing journey.
We began as a small practice established by our co-owners who desired to fill the gap in affirming mental health services, and have grown to eight clinicians and two interns.

Individual Therapy
Each of our clinicians strive to meet all clients where they are at to provide personalized individual therapy.

Relationship and Couples Therapy
Our clinicians bring a diverse set of experiences and modalities to work with individuals and couples in all types of relationships.

Group Therapy
Clinicians at 7220 create and host therapeutic groups for clients and for the community. We offer both support and processing groups as well as education groups.

AcuRecovery
AcuRecovery is an ear acupuncture treatment that consists of a standard protocol of 3-5 acupuncture points on the ear, combined with meditative silence, which is designed to relieve stress and create a sense of calm.
