Monique is co-owner of 7220 as well as a clinician. Monique is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing individual, couples, and family therapy in Wyoming for over 11 years. She has worked in a variety of different settings and has had the honor of working alongside people ages 3-90 on their journey to healing. Some of her primary specialties include working with people in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and their loved ones; anxiety disorders; parenting struggles; and ADHD across the lifespan. Monique is a Complex Trauma Informed Provider Level 1. In addition to traditional talk therapy, she predominately utilizes techniques from CBT, ACT, IFS, and MI in her practice.
Monique is available to provide counseling in person or telehealth. She is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Mountain Health CO-OP, Medicare, Wyoming Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna. LP is one of our practice owners and therapists. They work out of a strengths-based, sex-positive, anti-oppressive, feministic focus. They are skilled in a variety of different evidence-based treatment modalities and pick which modality to use with a client based on the client’s specific needs. They primarily utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as EMDR with the majority of clients. Their age of focus is 12 and above. LP has significant experience working with treatment focused around gender and sexuality, serving many clients in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, a community which they are also a member of. They are skilled in completing WPATH-competent assessments and letters for gender affirming medical procedures for their trans and gender-diverse clients. LP frequently works with clients wanting to process traumatic events or compound trauma, religious trauma, traumatic grief and loss, clients that are experiencing significant self-harm and suicidality, and clients struggling with emotion regulation. LP has over a decade of experience working in multiple areas of the field including creating programs to support clients facing homelessness and food insecurity, community mental health services, working as a foster care case manager, a foster care placement specialist, providing in-home family therapy services through Family Preservation, child abuse and domestic violence crisis intervention services through Family Advocacy Program, as well as providing therapeutic services for residents of local long-term care facilities. In addition to 7220 Counseling Coalition, LP owns and operates Curtis-Baker Therapeutic Services in Junction City, Kansas, another mental health clinic whose team of clinicians specialize in serving 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and adults across the state of Kansas. Bailey Schneider

Bailey is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PPC) in the state of Wyoming. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2024. With over six years of experience in the mental health field, Bailey has worked in a variety of settings, including crisis intervention, community mental health, and support for underrepresented adolescents, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on care.
Bailey is passionate about the power of therapeutic work through a narrative lens. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, disability-aligned, and queer-allied. She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities into her work, highlighting Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Bailey is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a Level 2 EMDRIA-approved therapist. EMDR is a modality that engages the body to assist in processing trauma and a variety of other concerns. She is also trained and licensed in AcuRecovery, an ear acupuncture technique to support stress reduction.
She specializes in working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges. Bailey offers services to individuals, couples, and often offers therapeutic groups. She commonly works with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. Sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth.

Sara Bursać

Sara is one of our individual therapists and provides individuals and couples with the support and tools to connect them with their healing process. She takes time to deeply listen and reflect back questions that open new doors of understanding and self-compassion. As a social worker and counselor, Sara’s experience includes crisis intervention, trauma support, and addiction recovery. Sara is passionate about working with individuals involved in the justice system and their loved ones.
In addition to talk-based therapy, Sara offers AcuRecovery to clients during a session. This is an ear acupuncture treatment that is a nonverbal aide in treating addiction, trauma and stress, and bolsters the whole therapy process. As a yoga teacher, she may include meditations and body practices during a session to foster grounding and settling. Sara is committed to helping all bodies increase capacity for showing up with their full selves in racialized spaces (ie everywhere) by promoting practices of embodied antiracism, developed by the Cultural Somatics Training & Institute.
Sara recently completed training in Compassionate Inquiry, an approach modeled on the work of Dr. Gabor Mate. She uses this as her guide in all therapeutic work with clients.

Adrian James Seiloff
Maia is one of our individual therapists. Maia practices from strengths-based, systems-based, as well as anti-oppressive perspectives. They utilize a number of tools in practice, including narrative shaping, mindfulness, critical education, relaxation and somatic exercises, as well as other artistically expressive modalities.
They offer services to both youth and adults, with specialization in coping with life transitions, school or work place stress and difficulties, self-esteem issues, relational and familly conflict, religious trauma, and intersectional identities with a special focus on 2SLGBTQIAP+ and multicultural experiences.
Maia offers in-person and telehealth sessions to your availability and preference, and accepts insurance (Blue Cross, Blue Sheild, Cigna, Mountain Health Co-op, Medicaid, MINES EAP, Private Pay, and Income-based sliding scale for those uninsured. In their free time, Maia enjoys being outdoors with their dogs, Laika and Yuri, playing video games or board games with friends, or seeking new experiences with their partner. They grew up in Cheyenne, WY, and has spent the last 8 years making Laramie home.

Miranda is one of our individual therapists.
Miranda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families of all ages. She operates from a compassionate, strengths-based, trauma-informed, collaborative approach to help individuals heal and grow. Some of her primary specialties include working with people in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, parenting challenges, ADHD in children, teens, and AFAB adults, anxiety disorders, grief/loss, and trauma. She also has experience providing therapy to people with disordered eating and individuals healing from emotionally immature parents. Miranda frequently utilizes techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, SFT, play therapy, art therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy in her sessions to meet the specific needs of her clients.

Sophia is a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas before moving to Wyoming. Sophia uses an integrated therapeutic approach with evidence-based modalities and practices from a client-centered, strengths-based, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens. In her practice, Sophia primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. Sophia is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) as a Level 2 EMDRIA-approved therapist. Sophia is also trained in AcuRecovery, a treatment that uses ear acupuncture for stress relief. She incorporates mindfulness, somatic exercises, critical education and reflection, and play therapy into her practice. Sophia is committed to creating an individualized therapeutic space for folks on their mental health journey.

Henry Noy is a counseling intern with a strong foundation in person-centered therapy, valuing empathy, authenticity, and the inherent worth of every individual. He is deeply committed to supporting clients facing challenges related to eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, and works to foster a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth can take place. In addition to his person-centered approach, Henry integrates elements of feminist, existential, and Gestalt theories into his practice. These perspectives inform his commitment to exploring identity, meaning, and personal responsibility, while honoring each client’s lived experience. Henry brings warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to the therapeutic relationship, with the goal of helping clients feel seen, empowered, and capable of change.

Adrian James Seiloff is a dedicated counseling intern whose deep passion for emotional well-being has led him to a love of assisting adults to connect with their emotions. Through a genuine therapeutic relationship, Adrian creates a safe space where his clients can explore and express their personal histories and feelings without fear or judgment. This commitment to emotional growth is not limited by age; he has also had the honor of working with adolescents aged 12-18 — whether individually or in a group setting —guiding them on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Adrian's person-centered, integrated approach fosters a nurturing environment where each individual’s life story is respected, no matter the content.
Adrian holds the view that emotional healing does not have a universal solution. With a focus on recognizing the individuality of each person, he employs a person-centered, integrated approach in therapy, pulling from various methodologies such as Adlerian, Gestalt, and Multiculturalism.
